Equipment in the colours of your property
On a prestige property, security equipment must not spoil the architecture or the garden. At our clients’ request, we have masts, brackets and housings painted in the colour of their choice : the colour of the façade, joinery, fences or garden lights. Black or white cameras, matching brackets, masts blended into the planting: the system merges into its surroundings while remaining fully effective.

Reliability is the first quality of a security system: an alarm that goes off for no reason or a camera that breaks down protects no one. That is why we install professional equipment, chosen for its robustness in lakeside conditions (humidity, frost, sun, reflections off the water).

Protection designed for lakeside properties
- Perimeter protection on the lake side: shores, jetties and sloping grounds are hard to monitor at night. Masts fitted with motorised cameras, floodlights and loudspeakers let you see, light up and warn intruders remotely. Our thermal cameras detect a human presence in darkness or fog.
- Picture windows and terraces: opening and shock detectors on large glazed surfaces, outdoor detectors that send a verification photo to your mobile phone.
- CCTV high definition: discreet cameras on façades, under eaves and at entrances.
- Valuable rooms: a fog generator fills a room with opaque fog within seconds and protects collections, wine cellars or safes.
- Access and household staff: access control by badge, code or facial recognition, with different rights for family, staff and service providers, and a flush-mounted Video door phone to open the gate remotely.

Long absences: keep an eye on your property
Many Riviera owners divide their time between several homes. From your smartphone, wherever you are, you receive alerts, view the cameras and check the alarm status. Flood and temperature detectors can complete the system. For large grounds, a long-range wifi network connects the cameras in the garden, garage, pool house or boathouse.
Boats and classic cars
Your boat in the harbour or on its mooring, your classic cars in the garage: with our brand SwissTracking, we install discreet GPS trackers to locate them in real time and alert you to any unusual movement.
Discretion and confidentiality
The plans of your installation, your codes and your images remain strictly confidential. Cameras are set to respect public areas and your neighbours’ privacy, and only the people you authorise have access to the images.

Will the equipment be visible?
We favour discreet equipment, positioned to suit your architecture, and we can paint masts and brackets in the colour of your choice. Some deterrent elements can remain visible if you wish.
Can the shore and jetty be monitored?
Yes, within the limits of your property. Outdoor cameras and detectors are chosen to withstand lakeside conditions and ignore reflections off the water.
What happens during a power cut?
The system has backup power and stays active; you are notified of the power cut on your smartphone.
Is your system compatible with our home automation?
We assess integration with existing installations during the visit.
What is the budget for a prestige villa?
